The timeline for the evening.
At 5:45 PM we open the doors and welcome you with a glass of crémant – while, as is tradition, we watch the King's New Year's speech.
We then serve an exquisite 4-course menu, composed by our chef with a love for French cuisine and the best seasonal ingredients.
At 12:00 PM we toast with bubbly champagne, enjoy homemade marzipan wreath cake, while our waiters provide a festive fireworks display under the Copenhagen night sky.
We are open until 2:00 AM, and for those in the party mood, we mix delicious French cocktails at the bar.
